Alpine Comp Families,

All groups will be on slalom skis this weekend and training on inferno both days:

U10s will be doing brushes and pole jumpers

U12s will be doing stubbies (have athletes bring shin guards)

U14s will also be doing stubbies (have athletes bring shin guards)

U16s will be doing tall-pole (bring full SL protection, chin guard/shin guards/pole guards)
